Execution & Management
Once the timeline and project plans have been identified, Green Tea will manage programs through their entire lifecycle and into a maintenance phase. We strongly believe that a successful program or campaign doesn’t stop at implementation, and as such, give devoted attention to ensuring that programs, where applicable, continue to generate a return.
