Project/Plan design

Based on the priorities set forth in Phase I, the project design outlines budgets, tactics, executables and requirements for creating success. Imperative to the process is the balance of what is happening today in the client’s day-to-day business with the pending implementation of the project or plan. As such, a timeline is developed that suits a client’s current demands and accommodates important meetings, events, fundraising and sales goals.
